Te Awamutu Pharmacy reserves the right to have their pharmacists exercise professional judgment and prevent supply of any medicine likely to constitute a hazard to health, or the supply of excessive or unnecessary quantities, especially when the product is known to have abuse potential. These quantities are made at the discretion of the Charge Pharmacist and may be amended at any time without prior notice.

Te Awamutu Pharmacy does not supply Pharmacist only medicine on this website. Please come in store to consult with a pharmacist regarding pharmacist only products.

Product Availability
We endeavour to keep up to date availability of products on this site. If for any reason that a product ordered through this website is unavailable, we will contact the purchaser to offer advice on estimated availability and whether the sale will continue, or a refund will be offered on the purchased product/s.
Orders
All pricing displayed is New Zealand GST inclusive unless otherwise stated.
Te Awamutu Pharmacy will not be held responsible for orders that are declined for health reasons and will not be liable or accountable for orders that are declined for any other purpose.
Any products which have been ordered, which the Pharmacist considers to be of detriment to the health of an individual will not be supplied. In the case of non-supply for such reasons, we will make an explanation for our decision available to you. If other products have been ordered in the same transaction, the order will be placed on hold before shipping until the purchaser has been contacted.
We ensure security of all credit card transactions performed on the site with use of encryption technology. We will validate your order and credit card, or debit card details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will acknowledge that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the address provided in your registration form.
If your order passes our validation checks we will send you an order confirmation email, this is our acceptance of your order and it brings into existence a legally binding agreement between both parties.
Payment
All payments are billed in New Zealand Dollars.
Shipping
We only ship to registered addresses in New Zealand and do not ship overseas. Orders are sent via New Zealand Couriers and a track and trace number is provided. Shipping is estimated at 1 – 3 business days. This may be longer if the address is rural. We also offer free in store pick during business hours. Please allow 2 hours to ensure we can get your order ready for collection.
Returns Policy

Damaged or Faulty Products on Arrival
All rights under the consumer guarantees Act 1993 will be met.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product so we can arrange it to be picked up for assessment. Please retain and return all packaging including all the shipping packaging.
Faulty Products
All rights under the consumer guarantees Act 1993 will be met.
If your product develops a fault after a period of use, please contact us and we’ll help you arrange the return of the product for assessment.
Returns and Exchanges
Returned items will be accepted within 14 days after delivery on condition they are in the original packaging and are in an “as new” condition for exchange. Some items are not able to be exchanged for health and safety reasons. These items are stated on the product’s page. Shipping on products returned or exchanged will not be refunded and a reshipping fee may be applicable unless the product is deemed faulty, damaged or the wrong product has been shipped.
Sitewide Discount Terms and Conditions
If we offer a sitewide discount offer or coupon code, this discount will apply to all items on our site that are for sale via our website excluding, due to Ministry of Health rules, pharmacy only medicines and pharmacist only medicines and any items that are already on special.
