Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol)(500 IU) 12.5 mcg
Zinc amino acid chelate (equiv. Zinc 3.5 mg) 17.5 mg

Also contains:
Sorbitol, citric acid anhydrous, natural flavour. magnesium stearate, rice hulls and thaumatin.
