Description

COLOXYL Infant Drops is a gentle stool softener formulated for the relief of constipation in children aged up to 3 years. It contains the active ingredient poloxamer, which acts as a stool softener, drawing water into the stool, making it easier for the child to pass. Coloxyl Infant Drops provide gentle constipation relief that starts to work in 2 to 3 days. And it’s available in a great tasting caramel & chocolate flavour. The drops may be added to the feeding bottle or fruit juice and a measuring syringe is provided for easy and accurate dosing.

Directions

DIRECTIONS

Infant drops should be given 3 times daily and can be administered in water or fruit juice if necessary. Use syringe provided to measure the dose accurately. After use, replace the cap on the bottle and wash the syringe in warm water and allow to dry (do not boil).

PRODUCT WARNINGS

Drink plenty of water. Increase fibre in your diet except in cases of medication-induced constipation. Do not take with other medicines or liquid paraffin, unless advised by a doctor. If symptoms persist, seek advice from a health care practitioner. Prolonged use is not recommended and may lead to dependence. Also contains: Ethanol 3.6% w/w, glycerol, sorbic acid, purified water, caramel and chocolate flavours. Do not use if cap seal is broken or missing.
