Fever InSight® Technology

Fever InSight® Technology helps you to better understand the meaning of your child’s temperature with the colour indicated on the display. The screen displays green if there is no fever, yellow when the temperature is slightly elevated and red for possible high fever. 10 short beeps indicate temperature above 37.7°C, in order to alert the patient that they may have a fever.

The screen displays Green for a normal temperature, Yellow for an elevated temperature, and Red for a high temperature.

Green (35.8 – 37.4) Normal
Yellow (37.4 – 38.5) Slightly elevated
Red (Above 38.5) Possible high fever

Measurement in 2 seconds

The innovative infrared technology allows measurement of forehead temperature in only 2 seconds. This makes it ideal for infants and children who find staying still difficult.

Battery & Warranty

To conserve battery power, the Vicks No Touch thermometer will automatically shut down after 18 seconds.

The No Touch thermometer comes with 2 AAA batteries.
Replace with 2 new AAA batteries when the flashing battery symbol appears on the LCD screen. To change the batteries, slide open the battery cover and remove batteries. Replace the batteries being sure to align properly as indicated inside the battery compartment. Remove the batteries from the thermometer if it will not be used for an extended period to avoid damage to the product resulting from a leaking battery.
